Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols. **GRUPO ROJAS INGENIEROS SAC** **JOB DESCRIPTION: RESIDENT ENGINEER FOR ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN THE MINING SECTOR.** **CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:** A professionally licensed and registered engineer in **Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering**, with proven experience in executing and supervising electrical construction works in mining environments, is required. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of electrical projects within mining operations.** **Ensure compliance with technical standards, current mining regulations, and safety protocols at all project stages.** **Manage technical and human resources on site, coordinating with contractors and other operational departments.** **Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and execution schedules.** **Ensure continuous operation of electrical systems and their integration with other mining processes.** **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **\- Mining Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Metallurgical Engineer, or Chemical Engineer,** **\- Experience in electrical construction projects within the mining sector.** **\- 5 years of active, uninterrupted professional registration.** **\- Availability to work under an atypical work schedule and on-site at a mine location (6x1 shift).** **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** **Leadership** **Results-oriented mindset and goal achievement.** **Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and decision-making under pressure.** **Effective communication and collaborative teamwork.** **BENEFITS:** **Formal employment contract, full statutory benefits, including per diems and accommodation.** **Compensation: USD 4500\-5000 (negotiable based on work experience) \+ overtime pay** **Company: Grupo Rojas Ingenieros S.A.C** **RUC: 206078171755** **Send CV to: rrhh.gring@gmail.com** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
