At Consulting ARSI, we are currently seeking personnel for the position of Logistics Assistant for a mining project in Ayacucho. **Functions:** * Participate in the preparation of written work orders and continuous IPERC assessment with implementation of controls. * Process and record warehouse delivery vouchers. * Receive and physically inspect supplier deliveries to the warehouse. * Receive, physically inspect, and register transfers received from the central warehouse. * Collect and record supplier deliveries through agencies. * Conduct rotational inventories of high-turnover materials. * Perform material entry into the warehouse and verify physical conformity with the shipping guide. * Enter data into the system to generate incoming goods notes and update the Kardex. * Report any non-conformities in material reception to the logistics assistant for supplier claims. * Coordinate immediate replacement of non-conforming materials. * Archive warehouse movement documents. * Prepare material replenishment requests. * Review standards. * Participate in safety training sessions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience managing warehouses with more than 5,000 items. * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. * Immediate availability. * Class AII driver's license (desirable). **Work schedule:** * 20x10 **Benefits:** * Permanent payroll position.
