




Job Description: We are a technology services partner and are looking for a Support Technician in the Province to provide assistance with computer equipment and printers of various brands (Lexmark, Xerox, HP, Brother, among others). Work will be based on client demand under an independent service model (no formal employment). ______________________________ Main Responsibilities: For computer equipment (PCs and laptops): * Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance. * Install and configure operating systems (Windows, basic Linux). * Formatting, backup, data migration, and recovery. * Assemble and upgrade hardware. For printers (Lexmark, Xerox, HP, Brother, etc.): * Install, configure, and update drivers. * Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, adjustments, consumables inspection). * Perform corrective maintenance (paper jams, printing issues, part replacements). * Configure network settings (IP, print queues, shared printers). * Diagnose electronic and mechanical failures. * Inspect and report the status of assigned equipment. ______________________________ Requirements: * Technical degree in Computing, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting PCs, laptops, and printers. * Solid knowledge of hardware and software. * Proficiency with Windows operating systems (essential). * Basic networking knowledge (network printer setup). * Service-oriented attitude, proactive, and good communication skills. * Immediate availability to work in the Province (cases will be assigned in the city where the technician resides).
