Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and direct mine maintenance operations, ensuring efficient and safe operation of facilities and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for MINA SAN LUIS II SA. The selected candidate will supervise and direct mine maintenance operations, ensuring efficient and safe operation of all facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in automotive electricity and mechatronics, as well as a valid driver's license. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring equipment upkeep and worker safety. A professional with advanced technical skills is required to diagnose and resolve complex maintenance problems, as well as the ability to lead a maintenance technician team. The candidate must be familiar with industrial safety standards and regulations and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward continuously improving maintenance processes. This is an on-site position requiring physical presence at the mine throughout the entire work shift. The Maintenance Supervisor is expected to collaborate closely with other departments to ensure maintenance operations integrate seamlessly with overall mine operations.
