Job Summary: We are seeking a Traditional Business Executive for promotion, sale of financial products, and portfolio management, ensuring achievement of commercial targets and customer retention. Customer retention and achievement of commercial targets At Overall, we are currently recruiting a Traditional Business Executive for our client ProEmpresa Financial Institution, a leader in the financial sector. · Responsibilities: Promote and sell financial and non-financial products and services; conduct credit assessments within risk limits; and manage portfolio recovery. Achieve commercial targets and retain customers. Conduct field visits and portfolio follow-ups. · Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Advisor, Commercial Manager, Field Advisor, or related role. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Technical or university education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Fieldwork experience. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM to 6:45 PM, and Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM. · Benefits: Formal payroll enrollment from day one.
