Export-oriented textile and garment manufacturing company is seeking a new team member to fill the position of FINISHING SUPERVISOR, located in the district of Chorrillos. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical professional or graduate in Textile/Industrial Engineering * Specialized training courses in quality processes and finishing * Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar positions **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, organize, execute, and control operations and processes within the finishing section. * Meet the finishing production schedule. * Ensure efficient utilization of resources and materials, including finalizing production orders. * Comply with the internal audit program and delivery of packing lists. * Plan daily work activities within the finishing section. * Guarantee achievement of production scheduling targets. * Assign and balance workloads across each finishing line. * Interpret technical specification sheet information. * Evaluate garments received from external service providers in coordination with Quality Assurance. * Verify continuous garment flow during deconstruction (unstitching) operations. * Submit documentation for customer audits. * Finalize production orders. * Provide ongoing training to finishing staff. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety standards within the section. * Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration (payroll inclusion) * Bi-weekly salary payments * Pleasant working environment * Opportunity to join a solid, established market player * 50% subsidized lunch Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Application questions: * Are you immediately available to work in Chorrillos? * Please provide your current mobile phone number for contact purposes * Please indicate your salary expectations Work location: Onsite employment
