We are looking for the best talent to serve as a **Pre-professional Hardware Intern.** **Responsibilities** * Provide support for all necessary actions in the technology support area and track these actions, including issues with printers, email, PCs, mobile phones, and networks. * Provide hardware support for the company, ensuring proper operation and maintenance, and coordinate with third parties performing similar tasks. * Record equipment assignments and loans, as well as manage license control (equipment and license inventory). * Verify internal communications and connections with branch offices. * Assist in the administration of the company’s virtual and physical servers. * Assist in the administration and maintenance of network systems, communications, mobile devices, and all types of hardware. * Assist in the administration of access to network and data center security systems (logical/physical). * Perform other duties assigned to the position. **Requirements** * Student from the 4th semester onward, or technical/vocational or university student in Computer Equipment Support and Maintenance, IT Support Engineering, Networks and Communications, or a professional in Systems Engineering, Computing and Informatics, Network Administration, or related fields. * English – Basic. * MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Intermediate. * Knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server administration and support, Switches and Access Point administration and support, Microsoft 365, and Office productivity tools. **Benefits** * Compensation: S/1130 * FOLA insurance * Half economic subsidy Job Type: Internship Salary: S/.1,130.00 per month Application Question(s): * Indicate your mobile phone number * In which district do you reside? * Which semester are you currently in?
