Job Summary: We are seeking a Mining Engineer with experience in conventional underground mining, focused on achieving operational objectives, team leadership, and safe management of mining operations. On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting personnel to fill the position of Mining Engineer for a mine located in Ayacucho. We seek a professional with solid experience in conventional underground mining, oriented toward achieving operational objectives, team leadership, and safe management of mining operations. **Requirements:** * Degree holder and registered member of the Mining Engineering professional association. * Minimum 10 years of experience serving as: Mine Manager, Section Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Mining Operations Engineer. * Proven experience in underground mining and exploitation of mineralized bodies. * Knowledge and experience in meeting mining plan targets for advancement and production. * Familiarity with safety regulations and SSOMA management systems. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (geologists, technicians, operators, and labor personnel). * Proficiency in specialized mining operation software. * Ability to quickly and safely resolve operational and logistical issues in the field. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, plan, and supervise mining extraction operations. * Ensure operational efficiency and achievement of production targets. * Safeguard personnel safety and compliance with environmental standards. * Coordinate and supervise the mine operational team. * Optimize processes and ensure operational continuity of the mining unit. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Working Conditions** * Work schedule: Mining regime 20x10 or 22x8 * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. Salary: S/.7,000\.00 \- S/.8,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
