A company in the collections sector with over 20 years of experience in the market, managing diverse portfolios from the financial system, bank account portfolios, and others. We are currently seeking to incorporate the position of “Collections Leader – Active Portfolio” into our team. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To lead the collections operations for the assigned portfolio, enhancing recovery, productivity, and quality through team leadership, KPI-driven management, and adoption of technological tools/AI. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** - Completed or ongoing university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Law, Systems, or related fields. - Over 3 years of experience in active portfolio collections. - Over 1 year leading active portfolio teams (Mandatory). - Proficiency in collections CRM, advanced Excel/Sheets, and Power BI report reading. - Use of ChatGPT or similar tools for script generation, case summaries, and prioritization. - Skills: leadership, executive communication, data-driven decision-making. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Plan and execute contact strategy, segmentation, and prioritization (scoring/propensity). - Lead the team (coaching, goal assignment, performance tracking, and feedback). - Monitor daily KPIs (promises made, payments received, contact effectiveness, productivity per hour, idle time). - Use BI tools (Power BI / Sheets) to identify deviations and propose weekly sprints. - Drive automation/AI initiatives (scripts, case summaries, CRM rules). - Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and executive reporting to management/clients. **JOB PERFORMANCE KPIs:** - Monthly recovery vs. target (% and amount). - Promises fulfilled / contact effectiveness. - Productivity per hour and idle time. - Cost per collection / portfolio margin. - Effective adoption of tools/AI. **JOB SPECIFICATIONS:** - Work Modality: 100% Remote - Employment Type: Full Time - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1.00 – S/.2.00 per month Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have in active portfolio collections? * Do you have experience leading teams?
