Your mission will be to execute promotion, acquisition, evaluation, and follow-up of credit operations—primarily in the field—providing direct, personalized service to current and prospective clients, aiming to achieve established loan placement targets and contribute to responsible financial inclusion. What challenges will you face? \- Conduct active prospecting and acquisition of new clients and investors both in the field and at strategic locations, identifying and attracting those interested in the institution’s financial products—including investments in mortgage-backed loans. \- Receive and track required documentation for credit evaluation. \- Provide comprehensive advisory services to both client types regarding Creditomype’s products and services, including guidance on terms, benefits, and risks associated with mortgage-backed investments, and deliver sales and after-sales service as appropriate (the latter only for group loans). \- Prospect district zones to acquire new and potential clients to ensure company growth. \- Participate in promotional campaigns, on-site activations in assigned areas, and corporate events aimed at enhancing the company’s visibility and acquiring potential clients. \- Maintain up-to-date registration systems for information required by Legal, Administration, Collections, and Marketing departments, ensuring continuous communication with these areas to guarantee timely and proper disbursement process compliance. \- Adhere to quality and sales standards and protocols. \- Actively participate in planning meetings, training sessions, and commercial activities. \- Perform other responsibilities assigned within the scope of your role. What do we expect from you? \- 3 months of fieldwork experience (zone and/or route prospecting) \- Minimum 6 months of sales experience (tangible and/or intangible products) \- 3 months of experience managing corporate portfolios. \- Proactive individual with strong teamwork capabilities. \- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. \- Goal-oriented mindset.
