At BIZTRAVEL PERÚ, we are seeking a Commercial Executive with a strong sales orientation, excellent customer service skills, and experience in selling tourism packages and managing visas (USA and Canada). **Key Responsibilities** * Advise and close sales of tourism packages (in-person, WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media). * Prepare quotations, itineraries, and attractive commercial proposals. * Follow up with leads until closing and post-sales. * Manage and review documentation for US and Canadian visas (forms, appointments, requirements, customer guidance). * Maintain organized documentation, databases, and commercial processes. **Requirements** * Experience in selling tourism packages (mandatory). * Knowledge and experience in processing US and Canadian visas (mandatory). * Excellent communication, writing skills, and customer-service orientation. * Proactivity, quick response time, and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in digital tools: WhatsApp Business, email, Excel/Google Sheets. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary in Peruvian soles ranging from PEN 1,100 to PEN 1,400 (based on experience). * Dollar-denominated commissions on sales. * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits after the probationary period. * Career path and professional growth opportunities. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
