Job Summary: We are seeking a Steward for Ayacucho, responsible for cleaning and maintaining cutlery, glassware, tableware, and dining areas, ensuring equipment remains in good working condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of utensils and dining areas 2. Ensure proper handling of cleaning supplies 3. Ensure the good condition of machines and equipment We are currently hiring a Steward for DM Hoteles \- Ayacucho RESPONSIBILITIES * Wash and organize cutlery, glassware, and tableware. * Clean and disinfect the staff dining area. * Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and work materials. * Collaborate with maintenance staff on cleaning and maintaining grease traps. * Maintain and monitor the condition of operated machines and equipment to identify malfunctions or replacement needs. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education * Knowledge of cleaning products and customer service. * One year of experience in the hotel industry or related fields.
