We are looking for top talent to fill the following positions at the **Higher Education Institute “Jorge Añaños & Tania Alcázar”** to work on-site: **Academic Advisor** **Mission:** Carry out the sales process from prospecting to closing the sale, ensuring proper student enrollment at the institution. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the development of sales strategies for each commercial campaign * Propose improvement projects for area processes * Develop the sales pitch for each academic program offered * With support from the academic department, identify key features of each academic program to strengthen the sales strategy * Participate in fairs, outreach events, and commercial campaigns organized by the institution * Follow up on leads obtained during commercial campaigns * Coordinate with the academic department to refer prospects for information about the nature of each academic program * Request required documentation from new students to comply with current regulations * Participate in the commercial committee **Requirements:** * Graduate or technical professional in administration, marketing, advertising, communication sciences, computing and informatics, or related fields * Excellent presence and personal image * Strong verbal communication skills and high proactivity * Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and commercial areas, especially in the education sector * Desirable: experience in executing and participating in B2B and B2C commercial campaigns * Availability to work at: Instituto Jorge Añaños | Jr. San Martín 432 - 3rd floor (Chamber of Commerce of Huamanga building, behind the Plaza de Armas) Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,300.00 per month Application questions: * What is your availability to work with us? * Are you willing to work on-site in Ayacucho? * Tell us about your experience selling educational services in public or private higher education institutions?
