Attitudinal Competencies: Proficiency Level—High. * Responsibility and Commitment. * Results Orientation. * Leadership (Team Integration, Consensus Building, and Motivation). * Planning and Organization of Support Structures. * Performs operational compliance duties for the department, conducting microbiological analyses of: Packaging Materials, Containers, Raw Materials, Finished Products, Stability Samples, Potable Water, Purified Water, Equipment Cleaning Validation, Area Qualifications, Compressed Air, Equipment, Production Areas, and Production Personnel. * Reports environmental conditions within their area. * Performs reconstitution, maintenance, use, and disposal of microbial strains. * Conducts microbiological analyses including enumeration, pathogen identification, and disinfectant efficacy testing.
