Technical or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. 2. Minimum two years of experience performing similar duties. 3. Proficiency in T-Registro, PLAME, AFPNet, and attendance control. 4. Proficiency in Starsoft (Mandatory). 5. Mandatory experience managing weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees. 6. Proficiency in Word and Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Prepare all assigned payroll payments for employees and workers. 2. Consolidate weekly and monthly payrolls, personnel payments, and other monthly expenses for submission to Accounting. 3. Prepare PLAME and AFP NET reports. 4. Calculate severance and social benefits settlements. 5. Maintain up-to-date Starsoft and Tempus systems. 6. Process employee onboarding and offboarding in T-Registro within Sunat’s established deadlines. 7. Prepare the projected fifth-category income tax calculation and verify it against the system. 8. Address and resolve staff inquiries regarding payroll matters. 9. Maintain updated physical and digital personnel files. 10. Conduct onboarding sessions for new staff on HR administration procedures. 11. Keep the database updated for generating departmental indicators (e.g., payroll consolidation data). **WE OFFER:** 1.
