We are looking for top talent to fill the following position at the **Higher Education Institute “Jorge Añaños \& Tania Alcázar”**, to work on-site: Treasury, Collections and Accounting Analyst Mission: Carry out the planning, design, and execution of psychopedagogical counseling processes, vocational guidance, and other activities that contribute to improving students' academic and personal skills, as well as their emotional well-being. Requirements * Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Desired specialization in Treasury, Collections, and Accounting. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office certification. * Minimum 3 years of experience performing Treasury, Collections, and accounting analysis tasks in public and/or private institutions. * Experience in payment tracking and debt management. Functions: * Develop the area's activity plan. * Propose improvement projects for current area processes. * Develop improvement plans based on NPS survey results. * Present reports on the current financial situation, as well as forecasts for management. * Prepare budgets and control expenses. * Take responsibility for cash management procedures. * Conduct banking negotiations. * Issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes. * Produce weekly cash flow reports for the institution. * Prepare income and expense reports for the institution's general management. * Manage payments for services and other institutional requirements. * Validate payments made by students and/or pending debts (enrollment fees, tuition, procedures, etc.). * Process tax withholdings and tax payments. * Update and send templates to the bank for student monthly fee collections. * Process payroll and supplier payments. * Perform closing, reporting, and bank reconciliations. * Coordinate and analyze documents with other departments. * Ensure efficient use of resources. * Participate in the Student Defense Committee, if elected. * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
