What will you do? * Provide warm, high-quality service to our patients via phone and WhatsApp. * Coordinate appointments, confirm patient information, and clearly and professionally explain treatments. * Manage appointment reminders, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction surveys. * Respond to inquiries across our digital channels: WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email. * Maintain optimal response times and meet performance metrics for service quality and scheduling. * Report incidents and assist with related tasks. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (mandatory). * Flawless communication skills and excellent spelling. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proactivity, ability to close tasks efficiently, and capacity to work under pressure. * Service orientation and teamwork skills.
