Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to conduct academic research, develop research methodologies, analyze data, and produce academic writing in accordance with APA standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of academic research and university theses. 2. Design of research methodology and data analysis. 3. Analytical, synthetic, and writing skills. Requirements: Academic Requirements: * Must reside in the city of AYACUCHO * Bachelor's degree holder or graduate of business, economics, or related fields. Experience: * Prior experience in basic research or related activities is required. Knowledge and Skills: * Willingness and ability to learn scientific research methodology; prior knowledge is not required. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Analytical, synthetic, and writing skills. * Attention to detail and work rigor. * Initiative and proactivity; ability to work independently. * Commitment to objectives and openness to continuous improvement.
