INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN OR MECHANIC REQUIRED (HUACHIPA) A company operating in the industrial and manufacturing sector is seeking a technical professional to join its maintenance team, contributing to the operational continuity of our production lines. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within plastic, manufacturing, or other industrial companies. * Solid knowledge of pneumatic systems (compressors, valves, actuators), hydraulic systems (pumps, cylinders, valves), and mechanical systems (bearings, gearboxes, shafts, pumps, electric motors). * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals. * Availability to work rotating shifts (day and night). * Ability to work under pressure with a results-oriented focus. * Proactivity in proposing technically sound improvements aimed at efficiency. Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment according to the established plan. * Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic failures and propose viable technical solutions. * Replace or repair damaged components. * Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment. * Record completed work according to established formats and procedures. * Ensure proper use of assigned tools, instruments, and equipment. * Comply with internal industrial safety and environmental regulations. * Coordinate with electrical, production, and safety departments to ensure an efficient response to failures. * Participate in company-established training and continuous improvement programs.
