We are looking for the best human talent to fill the following positions at the **Higher Education Institute “Jorge Añaños \& Tania Alcázar”** to work on-site: **Academic Records Analyst** Mission: Plan, direct, lead, and monitor activities that ensure the proper execution of enrollment, certification, degrees and titles, academic records, and reporting to supervisory agencies in compliance with established schedules and procedures. Functions: * Participate in the development and updating of the institutional strategic plan, internal regulations, and the institution's Academic Processes Manual. * Develop academic services and records management processes. * Create the enrollment calendar and schedule of activities for each academic term. * Lead enrollment processes for both regular and new students, meeting established deadlines. * Develop and/or supervise improvement plans for the area based on NPS survey results. * Develop relevant indicators for managing the area. * Develop and manage the area's budget. * Establish policies and procedures for appropriate student service regarding academic regulations such as enrollment, transfers, validations, certifications, degrees and titles, etc., and supervise their strict compliance. * Execute and monitor the opening and closing of the academic cycle. * Manage complete documentation for enrolled students. * Manage the entry of curricular plans, schedules, formulas, equivalencies, enrollment of regular and new students, and input and correction of grades into the academic intranet. * Prepare student grade lists and records for each period and enter them into the MINEDU information system. * Manage the process of granting degrees and titles according to current regulations. * Issue official and internal certificates, confirmations, and other documents. * Record student disciplinary infractions and applied sanctions. * Register degrees at the Ministry of Education and manage institutional degree and title data. * Keep graduate and degree recipient records updated in the institution's academic information system. * Record internal and external course validations indicated by the academic coordinator for each study program. * Verify and validate the authenticity of issued documents and degrees for employment or legal cases. * Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and faculty. * Participate in the Academic Committee and other committees as required. * Participate in the Student Defense Committee if elected. * Participate in emergency response teams if elected. * Represent the institution at academic events when required. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Professional degree, bachelor's degree, or technical professional degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Education, or related fields. * Desired specialization in Administration, Educational Management, Customer Service, or related areas. * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate level in English language. (Desirable). * Minimum 2 years of experience in academic secretarial processes, enrollment, and academic records in higher education institutions. * Demonstrated knowledge of Ministry of Education regulations regarding reports, documents, and administrative paperwork. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of Academic Information Registration platforms is desirable.
