We are looking for the best human talent to fill the following positions at the **Higher Education Institute “Jorge Añaños \& Tania Alcázar”** to work on-site: **Academic Coordinator** **Mission:** Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate strategic and operational academic activities of the institution, aimed at efficiently achieving the professional profile of the institution's study programs. **Functions:** * Participate in the preparation of institutional management documents (PEI, PAT, RI) and in meetings of executive, academic, and advisory committees. * Propose, develop, and improve study programs and academic processes. * Plan and supervise the execution of the academic term, ensuring compliance with management indicators. * Develop and monitor academic indicators and improvement projects for the area. * Schedule timetables, assign teaching loads, and manage enrollment, validation, and transfer processes. * Supervise and evaluate courses, teachers, and academic materials, coordinating training and corrective actions. * Monitor exams, reinforcement sessions, and student retention activities. * Manage practical training experiences in real environments and assign panels for presentations. * Address inquiries and apply disciplinary measures to students and teachers according to regulations. * Represent the institution at events, participate in ethics committees and brigades, and perform other assigned duties. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Education, Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, with a degree registered in SUNEDU. Master’s degree registered in SUNEDU or currently pursuing a master’s degree. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Knowledge of teacher selection processes, timetable preparation, academic monitoring, etc. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic management at higher education institutions.
