Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Sales Supervisor with customer service experience to ensure achievement of sales targets and operational management of the store. Key Responsibilities: 1. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. - Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. - Full-time availability from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. - Experience working in teams and under pressure. - Immediate availability and minimum commitment of 1 year. - 100% on-site work. SKILLS: - Strong verbal communication skills. - Ability to achieve established goals. - Initiative and self-motivation. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure sales targets are met at the assigned store. - Supervise sales staff under direct supervision. - Manage cash register opening and closing. - Perform store opening and closing procedures. - Receive incoming merchandise and enter it into the system. - Maintain store cleanliness and order.
