




**Key Functions and Responsibilities** * **Team Management:** Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of mechanics and technicians. * **Planning and Coordination:** Assign tasks, create schedules, and coordinate maintenance and repair work. * **Quality Control:** Inspect equipment and work to ensure compliance with standards and procedures. * **Maintenance:** Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, vehicles, or mechanical systems. * **Resource Management:** Manage inventories of tools and spare parts, and coordinate with logistics. * **Safety and Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure adherence to safety, occupational health, and environmental (HSE) regulations. * **Analysis and Problem Solving:** Diagnose failures and resolve technical or managerial issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a specific sector (e.g., mining, automotive). * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency with specific equipment (rotating, static), hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and software (AutoCAD, MS Project). * **Soft Skills:** Leadership, assertive communication, organization, problem solving, and teamwork.
