




**REQUIREMENTS:** \- Licensed and certified Mining Engineer with experience supervising mining operations. \- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in mining operations. \- Experience in shaft sinking and vertical development work. \- Knowledge of the Mining Occupational Safety and Health Regulation No. 023-2017-EM, PETS, Standards, Inspections, and IPERC. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Coordinate daily tasks to be performed during the shift with the Resident Engineer, the Shift Supervisor of the other shift, and the Foremen. 2\. Supervise and assume responsibility for the planning, direction, supervision, and execution of scheduled shift activities; develop and implement the Daily Work Plan. 3\. Submit truthful and accurate Daily Mine Reports. 4\. Ensure and report on all completed work so that it is included in SEPROCAL’s monthly valuations. 5\. Immediately investigate any incidents and/or accidents occurring within the assigned work area and report them to the Safety Department. **WE OFFER:** Competitive salary.
