As we are experiencing constant growth, we seek to incorporate talent that brings professionalism and commitment to our organization. **Purpose of the Position** Lead and ensure the implementation of the SSOMA Management System at MACOM, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, incident prevention, and strengthening the safety culture across all projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, implement, and monitor the company’s SSOMA Management System. * Supervise legal compliance in safety, occupational health, and environmental matters. * Develop the annual SSOMA plan and performance indicators (KPIs). * Lead internal and external audits. * Manage incidents, conduct root cause investigations, and supervise reporting. * Train and raise awareness among staff on SSOMA-related topics. * Coordinate with clients regarding access requirements, standards, and observations. * Supervise compliance with work procedures and permits. * Evaluate the SSOMA team and develop internal competencies. * Manage regulatory documents and submissions to MINTRA, the Ministry of Environment, and other authorities. * Supervise the occupational medical examination program. * Conduct field visits and issue technical reports. **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Environmental, Mining, Safety, or related fields). * Professional license and registration (preferred). * Specialization in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environment. * Minimum experience: **5 years** in SSOMA roles and **2 years** in supervisory positions. * Knowledge of ISO standards and current Peruvian regulations. * Experience in mining and industrial sectors. **Special Conditions** * Willingness to travel to project sites. * Fieldwork in controlled-risk zones. * Strict adherence to client requirements.
