Additionally, they coordinate with supervisors from other disciplines such as mechanical, operations, or auxiliary services to execute comprehensive maintenance activities and scheduled shutdowns requiring a multidisciplinary approach. Their interaction with concentrator plant operators is crucial, as they receive failure reports, coordinate interventions, and ensure continuity of the production process. Similarly, they work closely with Logistics and Warehouse departments to manage spare parts and critical materials, and with the Occupational Health and Safety department to ensure all tasks are performed according to the highest safety standards. Finally, they interact with the Projects department to align improvement and modernization initiatives with operational and maintenance requirements. EXTERNAL Externally, the Supervisor interacts with specialized suppliers and contractors who provide technical support and high-complexity maintenance services such as instrument calibration or advanced electrical testing. They also engage with regulatory entities such as OSINERGMIN and the Ministry of Energy and Mines, ensuring compliance with applicable technical, legal, and electrical safety regulations within the mining sector, avoiding penalties and promoting safe and sustainable operations.
