




Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Salary: S/. 1400 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Patient reception and registration. * Management of medical appointments and scheduling. * Guidance on health coverage and insurance policies. * Billing and cash handling. * Support for marketing campaigns and patient loyalty initiatives. * Coordination with internal medical departments. * Social media management (community manager). * Inventory management for the clinic. * Preparation of weekly sales reports. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** \- Technical degree in Health Services Administration or Secretarial/Administrative Studies \- Completed secondary education as a minimum requirement. **Experience** * Minimum of 1 year in similar roles. * Prior experience in the healthcare sector (customer service and sales) is desirable. **Competencies** * Effective communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. * Organizational ability, punctuality, and proactivity. * Sales capability and patient retention skills. * Basic knowledge of marketing and ability to support marketing campaigns. * Proficiency in Spanish (only language required).
