We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of CHEF. **Requirements:** Completed technical studies in Gastronomy. Minimum 1 year of experience in cafeterias, food concessionaires, or restaurants. Valid Food Handler’s Health Certificate. **Responsibilities:** Execute tasks planned by the immediate supervisor according to the menu, special events, and executive menus. Carry out the chef’s instructions regarding food plating, cooking levels, portion sizes, and food presentation. Maintain order and hygiene of food within the assigned work area (cold kitchen, hot kitchen, pastry section). Prepare food products according to the company’s standardized recipes across various service areas, contributing to service quality and production cost control. Actively participate in pre-preparation, preparation, and distribution of meals. Apply food handling and hygiene standards and techniques.
