We are seeking a **Head of SSOMA** with proven experience in the **Energy** sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the integrated strategy for Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment, ensuring strict compliance with current regulations. This strategic role requires a leader capable of managing management systems, overseeing high-impact risks, and ensuring personnel well-being in complex operational environments. **Key Responsibilities** * **Leadership and Strategy:** Design, implement, monitor, and update the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * **Critical Risk Management:** Supervise the implementation of procedures for high-risk work, ensuring compliance with Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) and appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * **Inspection and Auditing:** Plan and conduct periodic inspections and internal/external audits to identify deviations and non-conformities, proposing and following up on corrective actions. * **Training and Culture:** Develop and execute the Annual SSOMA Training Plan, fostering a culture of prevention and accountability across all organizational levels. * **Incident Investigation:** Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses, identifying root causes and implementing control measures to prevent recurrence. * **Legal Compliance:** Stay updated on amendments to national legislation regarding Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environmental matters, ensuring all documentation and operations comply with regulatory authorities. **Mandatory Requirements** * University degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering, or related field. * Valid professional license and minimum of **5 years** of experience in directing or managing SSOMA departments. * **Specialization or Diploma** in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or SSOMA. * Practical knowledge of implementing **Law No. 29783** and its regulations. * Experience in implementing and maintaining standards such as **ISO 45001** (OH&S Management Systems) and **ISO 14001** (Environmental Management). * Leadership ability, effective communication skills, and team management expertise.
