An opportunity is currently available to join AtkinsRéalis Peru as a Nursery Specialist I. **Responsibilities:** * Plant production and maintenance for revegetation and area restoration. * Substrate preparation, sowing, and transplanting. * Irrigation control, fertilization, and plant health management. * Monitoring plant growth and performing transplants according to schedule. * Compliance with environmental and mining safety protocols. **Requirements:** * Academic background: Technical professional or bachelor’s degree in Forestry Engineering, Biology, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related fields. * Complementary courses in nursery management, plant propagation, and phytosanitary control (desirable). * Experience in comprehensive nursery management, including plant propagation and cultivation processes (ornamental, forestry, or agricultural species), or in conducting environmental monitoring associated with mining projects. * Availability to work under the applicable labor regime. * Class A1 driver’s license (minimum three years of validity). **Process:** * Applications must be submitted exclusively through our corporate job portal; applications received via other channels will not be accepted. * Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews. * Relocation expenses are not covered.
