Join us. **Job Description** -------------------------- **AECOM is seeking a Civil Cost Estimator IV to join our office in Lima, Peru.** **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** * Lead and supervise the civil, road, and structural design cost estimation team. * Prepare detailed unit price analyses for the disciplines mentioned above. * Perform quantity take-offs. * Conduct technically supported analyses of received quotations. * Prepare reports outlining assumptions, bases, and presentations of estimates for structural, pavement, and earthwork disciplines. * Present and justify estimation results to clients. * Define work strategies to fulfill AECOM’s contractual commitments. **Requirements** -------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Civil Engineer or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or education, with specific experience of 6+ years in construction cost estimation and quantity take-off for structural, pavement, and earthwork disciplines within infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in construction cost estimation software, preferably PRESTO. * Basic knowledge of Revit and Civil 3D for quantity extraction from models. **Additional Information** ------------------------- Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
