Join us. **Job Description** -------------------------- **AECOM is seeking an HVAC Engineer to work in its offices in Lima, Peru.** **Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:** * Supervising HVAC scope delivery in transportation infrastructure projects, including but not limited to airports, railways, ports, highways, and others. * Promoting a collaborative culture among AECOM’s various transportation technical teams in Peru. * Ensuring compliance with contractual terms by the project’s HVAC team and client, and overseeing subcontractors’ compliance with HVAC-related contractual commitments. * Preparing the HVAC scope of work, schedule, budget, and deliverables for the project and communicating them to the project’s HVAC team members; supervising and managing HVAC project execution to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality objectives. * Reviewing HVAC project documents and other HVAC design deliverables to ensure optimal quality and timely delivery. * Collaborating to ensure HVAC project execution aligns with plan and budget. * Becoming familiar with company operations. * Reporting any issues encountered by the company while anticipating and preventing unexpected situations. * Adopting a proactive approach to help the company resolve problems. **Requirements** -------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering + 6 years of professional experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or education. * Experience in developing, integrating, and budgeting HVAC proposals for transportation infrastructure projects. **Additional Information** ------------------------- **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering with more than 7 years of experience, including at least 2 years in positions of responsibility. * Master’s degree in HVAC Engineering. * Experience in railways, ports, airports, and highways will be valued. * Intermediate English proficiency Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
