




**Date:** Dec 6, 2025 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Maximize the value of our businesses by ensuring their sustainability through proposals, recommendations, and management of pricing strategies for assigned categories. **What will you do in this role?** * Lead market data analysis (shares, PVPs, resales, value) to identify opportunities across different value segments: price structure repositioning, portfolio opportunities ("white spaces" in formats), etc. * Manage the development of pricing proposals (index price vs. key competitors) that sustainably maximize the profitability/volume (share) equation. Medium- and long-term scenario forecasting. * Ensure check & balance by tracking actions implemented per category and continuously feeding back into volumetric and financial models. * Identify synergies in pricing strategies and portfolio management across categories and sub-businesses. * Ensure updates to NRM tools and communicate opportunities to key business stakeholders (marketing, trade marketing, and business financial planning). Continuous participation in demand and financial planning processes. **What do we need from you?** * Professionals holding degrees in Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 4–5 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Financial Planning, or related roles. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Knowledge of Revenue Management tools (e.g., elasticities, conjoint analysis).
