We are hiring: Drilling Master – Conventional Mine Work location: Pullo, Parinacochas, Ayacucho Schedule: 14x7 **\*MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\*** \- Perform ventilation, watering and rock scaling before, during and after drilling. \- Lead drilling, blasting and ground support activities. \- Execute the mining cycle in stopes, sublevels, inclines, raises and various workings (1\.50x1\.80 m up to 2\.40x2\.40 m). \- Timber work: posts, sets, chutes and bins. \- Coordinate and adhere to blasting schedules. \- Use geomechanical table for ground support design. \- Assist in Dumper operations when required. \- Operate pneumatic drill, electric rock drill, electric saw and winch. \- Carry out work according to standards and procedures. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas, tools and equipment. \- Accurately complete safety management forms (IPERC). \- Comply with RISSOMA (Safety, Occupational Health and Environment). \- Comply with the Internal Work Regulations (RIT). \- Do not disclose information regarding processes, procedures, commercial, geological or production data without management authorization. **\*REQUIREMENTS\*** \- Completed secondary education (desirable). \- Minimum 3 years of experience as a drilling master in underground mining and/or 3 years as a driller in our mining unit (subject to evaluation). \- Knowledge of safety and procedures in underground mining. \- Extensive experience handling all types of explosives. \- Knowledge of all types of drill patterns and mining methods. \- Operation of drag winch. \- Experience in applying all types of ground support. **\*WE OFFER\*** \- Formal employment with all statutory benefits. \- Fixed salary of S/. 2550 plus per diems. \- Statutory health and life insurance. \- Meals and accommodation provided at camp. \- Opportunities for development and career progression. \_ **Apply now**\_ Join our team and let's build together a safe and productive future in mining!
