On behalf of our client in the mining sector, we are seeking a **Sampler** to join the unit's operations. **Work Schedule:** 20x10 \- Ayacucho **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education and/or technical training in sampling. * Computer skills and proficiency in Office (Excel). * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sampler or Assistant Sampler in conventional or semi-mechanized mine. * Additional 1 year of experience in mining operations as a driller assistant (desirable). * Availability to work under mining shift regime and reside in camp. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct systematic sampling of advance workings according to channel method and sample type (rock). * Perform colluvial sampling using trench method (rock or soil). * Record sample data on the sampling card, paint the channel outline, and place visible code in the mining working area. * Insert quality control samples (high standard, medium standard, blanks, duplicates, twins). * Transport samples to the geology storage, label the bags, and prepare them for shipment to the laboratory. * Assist the surveyor in channel surveying and keep the sampling database updated in Excel. * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or inherent to the position. **BENEFITS** * Covered travel expenses (transportation, meals, and transportation). * 80% EPS health insurance. * Benefits under general employment regime.
