We are currently seeking an OCCUPATIONAL WELLNESS ASSISTANT for our office located at **Av. La Arboleda 115, Ate.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, mass consumer goods, or similar industries, managing subsidy applications and Occupational Safety and Health programs. * Availability to work 48 hours per week in the district of ATE. **Responsibilities:** * Manage recovery of Essalud subsidies. * Develop and implement the annual activity plan. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Identify and design benefit campaigns/programs for employees. * Conduct social visits to monitor and verify employee compliance. * Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll employment with all statutory benefits. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Career development path. * Corporate benefits.
