We are looking for the best human talent to fill the following positions at the **Higher Education Institute “Jorge Añaños & Tania Alcázar”**, to work on-site: Psychopedagogical and Wellbeing Service Assistant Mission: Plan, design, and implement psychopedagogical counseling processes, vocational guidance, and other activities that contribute to improving students' academic and personal skills, as well as their emotional well-being. Functions: * Develop the area's activity plan and propose improvement projects for area processes. * Provide psychopedagogical counseling to students who need it regarding socio-emotional, academic, affective, etc. issues. * Attend to students presenting cases of bullying, academic and emotional stress, harassment, etc. * Administer psychological tests individually or collectively, according to identified needs. * Interview students requesting study leave, enrollment reservation, transfers, shift changes, etc., in order to provide guidance and support regarding alternative solutions to their difficulties. * Identify students at risk of academic dropout and summon them for attention. * Propose actions (academic advising, tutoring, counseling) to improve the situation of students at academic risk. * Lead actions to safeguard student rights, prevention, and response in cases of harassment, discrimination, mistreatment, etc. * Follow up on sexual harassment complaints, actively participating in committees related to sexual harassment. * Conduct classroom observations as needed. * Advise teachers on optimal management of student cases in the classroom and topics related to their students' learning. * Provide vocational guidance to students. * Prepare individual reports of attended students. * Develop and implement programs and workshops on soft skills, study habits and techniques, mental health, healthy lifestyles, etc. * Provide guidance and respond to inquiries from parents. Requirements: * Professional degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, or related fields. * Desirable specialization in educational psychology. * Knowledge of student wellness activities and psychopedagogical guidance. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychopedagogical service areas, vocational guidance, and student well-being in public and/or private educational institutions. * Experience working with students and parents.
