A *Cement and Industrial Minerals Company* is seeking **(10) Production Operators** to join the organization at its **Callao - Oquendo** facility. **Requirements:** * Completion of secondary education (mandatory). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in production areas within industrial or mining companies (desirable). * Preferably reside in Callao or nearby areas. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). * Availability from Monday to Sunday, with rotating days off. **Offered:** * Full payroll registration. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation time). * Night shift bonus. * Uniform and complete PPE equipment. * Meal allowance. * Bi-weekly payments. * Profit sharing. * On-site parking (subject to prior coordination). * Shuttle buses. **Key Responsibilities or Functions:** * Troubleshoot production line failures and prevent extended stoppages. * Ensure product quality; crush material when necessary. * Receive, move, and stack heavy materials, as well as monitor proper stacking of finished products and their respective transportation. * Support and perform manual and physically demanding operational tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned workspace.
