Prospect and segment potential customers across multiple channels. 2\. Initiate first contact and clearly and persuasively present our services. 3\. Achieve monthly projected sales targets. 4\. Identify customers’ actual needs and recommend appropriate services. 5\. Record and update customer information in the database. 6\. Send commercial information and provide continuous follow-up to interested customers. 7\. Address objections and apply sales closing techniques. 8\. Schedule meetings and coordinate with management or specialized departments. 9\.
