**KOREANCA CORPORATION S.A.C.**, a leading company in the manufacturing of flexible plastic packaging, is seeking committed, responsible, and team-oriented **Production Operators** to strengthen our operations and contribute to the organization’s sustainable growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Supply production lines with raw materials and auxiliary materials. * Perform basic process controls (temperature, pressure, speed) according to established parameters. * Promptly identify and report defective products or any process deviations. * Maintain a tidy and clean workplace following the 5S methodology. * Assist with final product packaging, labeling, and palletizing tasks. * Strictly comply with safety regulations and mandatory use of PPE. * Contribute to achieving daily production targets. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience as an operator in industrial plants (mandatory). * Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently. * Experience in visual quality control and packaging activities. * Basic knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene. * Ability to follow technical instructions and report incidents. * Must reside in nearby areas: Ate, Santa Anita, Chaclacayo, Chosica, or San Juan de Lurigancho. **We Offer** * Payroll enrollment from the first day. * Family allowance. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Timely payment and job stability. * Ongoing training in production processes. * Genuine career-path opportunities.
