





We are seeking one (1) Human Resources professional with relevant experience. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Administration, etc. \- Minimum two (2) years of experience in HR or related positions. \- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). \- Solid knowledge of labor regulations. **Job Description:** \- Maintain up-to-date job postings on employment portals. \- Recruitment and selection of personnel. \- Conduct periodic employee evaluations. \- Update employee personnel files. \- Deliver staff training programs. \- Manage employment and residential verifications for new hires. \- Prepare biweekly and weekly payroll sheets. \- Develop HR processes and procedures. \- Monitor subsidies and medical leaves. \- Prepare payroll slips. \- File and pay mandatory life insurance contributions. \- Renew and enroll employees in the SCTR (Compulsory Occupational Risk Insurance). \- Experience administering psychometric and occupational psychological assessments. \- Perform other duties assigned by management that fall within the scope of this position. **Competencies:** \- Results-oriented with strong action drive. \- Excellent communication and analytical skills. \- Highly proactive. \- Team-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure. \- Punctual and organized. \- Strong analytical ability. \- Organizational and planning skills. \- Ability to propose improvements. **Benefits:** \- Market-competitive salary. \- Positive and supportive work environment.
