Job Title: Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant with Scribe Experience Client: US Telemedicine Practice (Patient Care Focus) Work Setup: 100% Remote, Work From Home Compensation: 6\.5\-7 USD per hour, weekly payouts We are hiring a Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant (English and Spanish) to support a US based medical provider who frequently conducts telemedicine visits. This role is ideal for someone with a medical background who enjoys both clinical documentation and administrative work, and who wants to be a trusted long term partner in a growing practice. You will be the provider’s right hand during online visits, helping keep charts accurate, patients informed, and the day running smoothly. What You Will Do Clinical Support and Scribing Provide live scribing support during telemedicine visits Document patient encounters accurately in real time Enter lab orders and medications as instructed by the provider Prepare charts before visits and update patient notes afterward Coverage and Clinic Operations Cover phone lines using RingCentral when staff are on leave Handle inbound calls and route them to the correct person or department Manage faxes, messages, and other communication channels Support various administrative tasks to keep the clinic organized and efficient What You Bring Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (Required since around half of patients are Spanish speaking) Must be an iPhone user (For iMessage group threads and shared Notes workflows with the team) Prior experience with medical scribing or charting in a healthcare setting Medical background: Nurse, Physician, or Allied Health professional Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to changing priorities Ability and willingness to use VPN Nice To Have Experience using TERA EMR Previous support for an Endocrinology practice or endocrinology related patients Schedule and Hours Part time: 30 hours per week Typical schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST High potential to transition into a full time role as the partnership grows Job Type: Part\-time Job Type: Part\-time Pay: S/.21\.86 \- S/.23\.54 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Work Location: Remote
