




We are looking for a Supervising Assistant (f/m) for our Medical Center in Ayacucho! We are seeking a dynamic, proactive individual with real commercial experience to help us manage all field and digital commercial operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate local advertising campaigns (radio, flyers, banners). * Supervise and coordinate customer service activities, ensuring efficient and courteous service. * Monitor administrative and operational processes at the Polyclinic, verifying compliance with internal policies and current regulations. * Receive visits from SUTRAN or MINSA inspectors and provide requested documented information according to applicable regulations. * Manage social media and WhatsApp Business. * Train and support the customer service team in continuously improving their skills, ensuring adherence to quality service standards. * Prepare weekly commercial performance reports. * Coordinate daily customer acquisition with the sales team and strategic partners to ensure achievement of daily financial targets. * Prepare the monthly payroll for contracted staff and generate monthly reports on the Polyclinic’s performance regarding customer service, economic income, and goal attainment. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial or marketing roles. * Proficiency in social media and digital tools. * Proactive attitude and results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Employment in a solid company with presence in multiple regions. * Salary of S/1300.00 for the first 3 months. * Opportunities for growth within the group.
