





**REQUIREMENTS:** \- Degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Basic knowledge of customer service, quotation, and invoicing. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Proficiency in Office programs, basic technical skills, ability to learn new tools, and strong verbal communication skills. \- Updating sales reports. \- Organizing, archiving, and managing the company’s internal and external documentation. \- Coordinating the preparation of quotations and invoices. \- Customer service, quotation, and invoicing. \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
