




**QUALITY AND IMAGE ASSISTANT** **Purpose:** Ensure the proper operation of commercial activities in stores and field sales, meeting quality standards, customer service expectations, and sales targets, through effective supervision of personnel. **Responsibilities:** 1. Supervise store staff: evaluate performance, punctuality, customer service, and appearance, providing support and opportunities for improvement. 2. Conduct market visits to identify competitors’ pricing and other competitive actions, and report findings to relevant management to formulate new competitiveness strategies. 3. Conduct post-sale follow-ups with customers to assess satisfaction with their purchase and collect suggestions. 4. Prepare periodic reports on store conditions and service quality. 5. Serve as a liaison between management and store staff. 6. Collaborate as the company’s brand representative in creating social media content, coordinated in advance with the marketing and communications manager. 7. Perform other duties within the scope of this position as assigned by the Administration Management.
