At **Lizaraso Cueros**, a Peruvian brand dedicated to manufacturing and selling genuine leather goods (wallets, backpacks, tote bags, handbags, and more), we are seeking a **creative marketing assistant** to help strengthen our digital presence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Record and edit content (Reels, TikToks, product photos, short videos). * Manage and publish content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). * Support the creation of advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads). * Monitor post performance using KPIs. **Requirements:** * Graduated or currently studying Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Basic video editing skills (CapCut or Canva). * Basic knowledge of Meta Ads. * Creativity, initiative, and passion for social media and visual content. **Conditions:** * Work modality: In-person (Miraflores, Av.
