RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform passenger check-in, boarding, and deplaning according to required protocols and safety regulations. * Verify that passengers possess the necessary travel documentation and report any irregularities to the respective dispatch, technical crew, or cabin crew departments. * Greet passengers warmly, providing friendly, empathetic, and responsive service to address questions or concerns. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduates of Technical or University programs in Tourism, Commercial Aviation, Hotel Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in Passenger Service or related functions. * Intermediate to Advanced level of English proficiency. * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts at the new Jorge Chavez International Airport.
