




Main Purpose: Founded in 2004, Catalina Huanca Sociedad Minera S.A.C. is a private company located in the district of Canaria, province of Fajardo, Ayacucho region. It operates an underground polymetallic mine extracting zinc, copper, and lead, using various mining methods depending on geological conditions and types of veins or deposits present. The extracted ore is processed at the San Jerónimo Beneficiation Plant with a capacity of 2,600 tons per day. In the Graduate Program at Catalina Huanca Sociedad Minera S.A.C., candidates will gain a comprehensive understanding of all operational areas, creating future development opportunities within the Trasfigure Mining Group. The Trainee Program lasts one year, starting in January 2026 and ending in December 2026. They also coordinate with operational and maintenance departments to gather data on consumption, labor, and equipment usage. They collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding material and supply control. Additionally, they maintain contact with accounting and finance departments for expense recording and validation. They participate in meetings with department heads to review budget variances. These interactions strengthen their analytical skills and understanding of economic control in mining operations.
