JUNIOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR
Position Objective
Provide comprehensive administrative support for the construction project, ensuring proper documentation, logistics, contractual, and human resources control, while coordinating with various project departments to comply with internal procedures and client requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, sanitation, building, or similar projects.
Provincial construction administration experience is mandatory.
Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to the construction sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate or advanced Excel).
Willingness to work under on-site employment regime.
Willingness to reside in provincial areas.
Essential Knowledge
Construction site personnel administration.
Personnel hiring, onboarding, and termination processes.
Attendance tracking, timesheets, and personnel reporting.
Document management and personnel file control.
Coordination of EMO, SCTR, Life Insurance Law, and labor documentation.
Logistics, warehouse, and asset control.
Purchase orders and service orders.
Supplier and contractor valuation control.
Petty cash management and expense reporting.
Coordination with Accounting and Treasury departments.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation, SUNAFIL, and occupational safety and health.
Main Responsibilities
Support comprehensive construction site administration.
Manage personnel onboarding and offboarding.
Monitor attendance, timesheets, and labor documentation.
Coordinate personnel and supplier procurement.
Manage logistical and supply requirements.
Track purchase and service orders.
Control contractor and supplier documentation.
Support valuation and acceptance management.
Administer petty cash and substantiate expenses.
Coordinate with HR, Logistics, Accounting, SSOMA, and Technical Office departments.
Prepare administrative reports and indicators for Management and Central Administration.
Maintain up-to-date physical and digital project archives.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contractual requirements.
