





**Job Description** A leading company in the **e-commerce and retail sector** is seeking an **Administration Manager**, responsible for planning, directing, and controlling administrative, financial, and operational processes, ensuring efficient resource utilization and achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise the company’s administrative, financial, and accounting management. * Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flows, and financial statements. * Supervise billing, collections, supplier payments, and expense control processes. * Coordinate with logistics, operations, commercial, and e-commerce departments to ensure proper administrative management of the business. * Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and legal obligations. * Implement and improve internal policies, procedures, and controls. * Prepare managerial reports to support strategic decision-making. **Mandatory Requirements** * University degree in **Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields**. * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in similar positions, **mandatory within e-commerce and/or retail companies**. * Solid knowledge of **financial management, accounting, taxation, and budgetary control**. * Experience leading teams. * Proficiency in **ERP systems**, accounting software, and **advanced Excel**. * Familiarity with management indicators (KPIs). * **Residence in Arequipa or availability to work on-site** (mandatory) Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
